How long are the delivery times?
Due to high demand, delivery times are currently up to 2-4 weeks. We try to keep the shipping time for you as short as possible!

How much are the shipping costs ?
We offer free shipping worldwide! But you can also choose priority shipping, but you will pay a little extra for that.

How do I receive the invoice for my order ?

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list ?

At the end of each newsletter there is a field that you can click on to unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can also write us a message to natalie@bike-powerlight.com, then you will no longer receive any further newsletters.

Are batteries included in electronic devices ?

No, no batteries are included as we want to avoid the risk of a defective or leaking battery during transport and storage.
