We’re excited to introduce our exclusive Perfect-Fit Guarantee from InvisiWear. Our goal is to ensure that every product fits perfectly, without unwanted slipping or stretching. We want you to be completely satisfied and enjoy the full benefit of our quality.
Details of the Perfect-Fit Guarantee:

Validity Period: The guarantee is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. NEW: applies to all purchases from October 3, 2024; previously 14 days.

Slipping or stretching issues: If you notice within the guarantee period that the material or incorporated spandex has lost its functionality, causing the product to lose shape, you are entitled to a replacement. We always recommend including a photo showing the issue.

Conditions for claiming the guarantee: Damages caused by improper handling or care are excluded. Damages from external influences, such as friction from other fabrics (e.g., wool), are also excluded. Since this is underwear, the guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use.
How to claim your guarantee:
If your InvisiWear garment no longer fits optimally during the guarantee period and meets all guarantee conditions, contact our customer support at info@invisitights.com.
Our team will get in touch promptly to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a free replacement within Germany or another suitable measure.
Please note that this guarantee specifically covers issues caused by slipping or stretching of the garment. Other product defects are not included under this guarantee.
