  1. Register your return through our returns portal.

  2. Pack your items securely — unworn, clean, and with all hangtags and hygiene stickers attached.

  3. Ship the package within 5 days after registration to the address provided (return shipping costs as stated in our return policy).

  4. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
    (Note: Shipping costs and any return label fees are non-refundable.)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept physical returns from Switzerland or other non-EU countries, as these often involve high customs and import fees.
