How to exchange your item
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color? No problem!
Go to our returns portal.
Select the item and choose your desired size or color.
We’ll send you a free return label (within Germany only).
Your new order will be shipped as soon as we’ve received and checked your return.
Example: You ordered black InvisiTights™ in size M but need size L? Just select “Exchange” and enter your new size – done!
Want to order something different?
Prefer to exchange your item for a different product? Here’s how:
Select “I’d like a refund” in the returns portal.
We’ll send you a free return label (within Germany only).
In the final step, you can click “Shop Now” to choose something new.
Note: If the new item costs more, the additional payment can only be made via PayPal.
Your refund options
You can receive your money back in three ways:
- 
Store credit: Use it for your next purchase. 
- 
Refund: To the original payment method used. 
Within Germany or Austria, you can print your return label immediately after registering your return.
A small fee of €4.95 (Germany) or €7.95 (Austria) will be deducted from your refund.
You may also choose to send the package back at your own expense.
Refunds are processed within 10 days after your package arrives at our warehouse.
Environmentally friendly returns
We care about the planet! That’s why we don’t include printed return slips in our packages.
Simply register your return through our online returns portal.
Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive the return address by email.

Important return conditions
Returns must be registered within 45 days of delivery (you then have 5 days to ship your package).
Items must be clean, unworn, and undamaged. Hygiene stickers and hangtags must remain intact.
Please use the original packaging (zip or drawstring bag) and a sturdy outer box.
For returns outside Germany, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Make sure your package is sufficiently stamped. Any additional costs (e.g. customs fees) will not be covered and the package will be returned to you.
We recommend using tracked shipping to prevent lost packages.
Important for our Swiss customers
Please note that we cannot accept returns from Switzerland or other non-EU countries, as these often incur high customs and return fees.

After review, we usually offer a store credit that you can use for your next order.
Unregistered returns or packages without proper customs declaration will not be accepted.
Canceling your order
Once your order has been placed, changes or cancellations are not possible.
However, you can simply return the items and we’ll issue a refund.
Please do not refuse delivery
If you refuse the package, the process will take longer.
