The period for the money-back guarantee begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods on time.

Delivery and return instructions
Do you want to give something back? Return the package to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery along with the relevant items, which must be in their original condition. Please proceed as described below.

1. Pack the product securely for shipping.
2. It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited to the original payment method. It is necessary that you enclose this form and your order number or the full name of the ordering person CLEARLY marked in your package so that we can process your return within 24 hours of receipt.
3. We can only refund the money if you provide us with a tracking number, otherwise we cannot ensure that your product is on its way to the address below.
4. If you return the product because you don't like it, but the product is functional, we can only issue a refund if there are no signs of use (hair, dirt, etc.). If there are hairs or signs of wear in or on the product, we will not be able to issue a refund.
5. We cannot issue a refund for products that you have kept for longer than 14 days (applies from the day of delivery).
6. Under the aforementioned conditions, we will pay you back the purchase price immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the goods. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you.
